Who is responsible for your data?
Emma Felsing, Halmstad, Sweden, is the data controller. You can reach me at emmafelsing@hotmail.com.
What data is collected?
The website has no contact forms, no visitor statistics and no tracking or marketing cookies. If you email me, I receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and what you write.
Why and for how long?
I use the information to reply to your enquiry and to plan any collaboration. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in being able to reply to you, or a contract if we start working together. Emails are kept for as long as they are needed for the conversation or the collaboration, and after that in line with Swedish bookkeeping rules if the collaboration involves invoicing.
Technology and server logs
The website runs on its own server at a cloud provider. The server logs technical information such as IP address and time of visit to keep the site secure and working. The logs are not used for marketing. The fonts are hosted on the same server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts.
Social media and Instagram
The site links to my profiles on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. When you click through, the privacy policy of each platform applies. The images in the Instagram feed are fetched from Instagram (Meta).
Cookies
Regular visitors get no cookies from the site. WordPress only sets necessary cookies for people who log in to the administration.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data I hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing. Contact me at emmafelsing@hotmail.com. If you think I am handling your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
